Self referrals accepted. Please include a health professional of your choice, such as GP or Occupational Therapist as a named contact. Not all services require a referral. Please contact a member of the Portsmouth Mind team for more information.
 
History
Portsmouth Mind was founded in 1965 and works to improve the quality of life of people with experience of mental health distress.
 
Current Activities
Portsmouth Mind offers a range of support services including:

• 1-1 support in the community
• Structured group work programme
• Service user led activities and support
• Mood food café (open to all)
• Consultation/service user forums
