History
Port of Call is an Adult Mental Health Project run by Community Integrated Care. We opened in May 2004 as a Drop In Centre and Internet Café committed to Social Inclusion. We offer a friendly place to make new friends, learn a new skill (computing, art, crafts, gardening, committee involvement), relax and get a very reasonably priced snack.
 
Referral Method
Referral can be from Care Manager, GP, Occupational Therapist etc or individuals can self refer.
 
Current Activities
Art Class - Every Friday - 2pm til 3.30pm
 
Aromatherapy - Sessions held every month - please call for date and time
 
Womens Group - Every Monday
 
Volunteering Opportunities
 
Future Plans
We hope that the café will be managed and staffed by service users. All profits from the café are put back into the Project and fund various activities and day trips.
