Referral Method
Self referrals accepted from anyone with housing problems or needs. Referrals also accepted from Portsmouth City Council Housing Options and hostels.
 
History
Central Point is staffed and managed by Rethink. Starting off in 2001 it was also, and still is, a distribution centre for The Big Issue.
 
Current Activities
This is a day centre for the homeless or inappropriately housed. It offers various services such as laundry, hot and cold food and sanitary facilities. Also available are general advice and signposting to other projects and advice.
