SOUTH OF ENGLAND ADVOCACY PROJECTS


 

From April 2007, SEAP (South of England Advocacy Projects) arrived in Portsmouth having won the tender to provide Advocacy, Appropriate Adult and Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy for Portsmouth city. A letter to local providers from Jill Miles, Chief Executive of SEAP, serves as an introduction to the service and the organisation.
