The National Audit of Psychological Therapies (NAPT) is a chance for you to have your say about the talking treatment for anxiety and depression that you have been receiving. We are interested in hearing about how easy you found it to access talking treatments (including cCBT), what the outcome of treatment was, and what kind of relationship you had with your therapist. All the information that you give us will be completely anonymous – no one will be able to identify you.
